 Capt Bill's oceanfront rental home is a spacious, gorgeous, and very comfortable on-premises facility with a large kitchen and dining area, two large and two small bedrooms, and three full and one half bath. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Wi-Fi, surround sound stereo system and phones are included. Fax, email, and copier are available at our office, and washer/dryer is available. Virtually all rooms have a view of the ocean only 100 feet away. Both decks face the ocean for a spectacular view.
The house is on our site which gives you many amenities including kayaks, canoes, sailboats, charterboat, swimming in the pond, hiking, sitting on the shoreline, and access to local Stonington and Deer Isle activities.
Maximum occupancy is 9 people; we prefer 7 people. The house rents from Saturday to Saturday. Checkin is at 4:00 pm, checkout is at 10:00 am. You may arrive at our facility earlier but you may not enter the house until it is cleaned and checked. No pets or smoking allowed.

Rates:
April 5 to June 7 - $1,200 per week
June 7 to June 21 - $1,800 per week
June 21 to September 6 - $2,600 per week
September 6 to October 11 - $1,800 per week
October 11 to April 1 - $1,000 per week
Refundable security fee: $1,000
Cleaning fee: $200
State sales tax: 7%
